Dartmouth raises tuition

The Dartmouth reports that Dartmouth's Board of Trustees approved tuition hikes for its undergraduate and graduate students for academic year 2005-6 as follows:

  • Dartmouth College undergraduates -- 4.9%
  • Dartmouth Graduate Programs in the arts and sciences -- 4.9%
  • Thayer College of Engineering -- 4.9%
  • Dartmouth Medical School --4.5%
  • Tuck School of Business -- 5.5%

The increase brings undergraduate tuition to 31,770 for the upcoming academic year.
