Leadership Debate

There is an interesting exchange on the nature of leadership between two 2006 applicants, Axechick and Redwolf.  Redwolf questions why leadership is  so important in admissions; Axechick responds.

I believe that at least in his initial post, Redwolf takes a rather narrow view of the opportunities opened by an MBA and of leadership.  I tend to take a broader view, as does Axechick.  For more on my  take on leadership:
